Their platform Print Social On Demand is what enables Lim KangLi to sell organic, sustainable merch.<\/p><p><strong>How does print on demand work?<\/strong><\/p><p>When you place an order it comes through to Print Social\u2019s order network where they will then print and ship your order.<\/p><p><strong>When will my order ship?<\/strong><\/p><p>Once an order has been placed print and dispatch usually happens within 2-3 working days. Print Social operates Mon - Fri 8:30 - 9:30. Orders placed near or over the weekend will dispatch slightly later.<\/p><h3><strong>Shipping<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Will I have to pay customs?<\/strong><\/p><p>All EU orders under the value of \u20ac150 should be free of customs charges.<\/p><p>Orders placed outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied at the destination country. Any charges applied must be paid by the customer as we do not have control over the charges.<\/p><p><strong>What packaging is used?<\/strong><\/p><p>All orders are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging which is made entirely of paper. Absolutely no plastic is used!<\/p><p><strong>Can I change my address?<\/strong><\/p><p>If your order hasn\u2019t been printed and dispatched yet you can change your address by following the link in your confirmation email.<\/p><p><strong>Can I change or cancel my order?<\/strong><\/p><p>If your order has not gon into production we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund. Once an order has gone into production it cannot be cancelled or amended.<\/p><p><strong>Can I combine orders to save on shipping?<\/strong><\/p><p>You can order multiple items at once which will be shipped together. If separate orders are placed then these will be printed and shipped separately.<\/p><h3><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Can I return my item if I change my mind?<\/strong><\/p><p>As all orders are created bespoke after an order is placed is not possible to return or exchange your item.<\/p><p><strong>Can I return my item if it is faulty?<\/strong><\/p><p>If your order is faulty or incorrect then we will replace the item.
